ASSISTANT FOOTBALL COACH, COACHING, EXTRA DUTY, SIUSLAW MIDDLE SCHOOL

 

Date Needed: August 25, 2025 - October 2025

 

Salary: Based upon experience and SEA union salary base

 

Duties and Responsibilities: To build and sustain a competitive and fulfilling program for everyone involved in the program. To be able to effectively coach and model skills, work ethic and values inherent to a strong program.  This position requires positive communication skills regarding all expectations and requirements of a program connected to academics, safety and skill level. 

 

Knowledge and Ability: The coach should possess a strong fundamental knowledge of football.  Must have the ability to communicate effectively with middle school students and athletes, and possess proper OSAA certifications (must be completed prior to coaching).

*The Siuslaw School District allows a maximum of 3 years of outside experience on the salary schedule.
